13 Reasons Why renewed for a fourth and final season, will return for Season 3 on Aug. 23

Netflix picked up the controversial teen drama for a fourth final season on Thursday while announcing that Season 3 will premiere later this month. Netflix also unveiled 13 Reasons Why's official trailer for Season 3, which asks: "Who Killed Bryce Walker?" According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Season four of the series — which does not yet have a return date or episode count — will feature the core cast's graduation from high school. Season three, sources say, will not feature a suicide." The renewal also continues to stretch 13 Reasons Why well beyond the Jay Asher novel that inspired the series.
