Courteney Cox to star in a Spectrum Originals drama series based on a Last Chance U breakout character

The Friends and Cougar Town alum will play Brittany Wagner, the academic advisor at East Mississippi Community College who has become famous thanks to the Netflix reality show with her reputation for motivating struggling athletes in the classroom. Cox will also executive produce the untitled series.
