Osbourne said on The Talk she could've been a judge on the hit Fox reality competition, but she had to turn it down because she was under contract to judge The X Factor. “I was signed on to do another show at the time. I was signed to go to England, and then Simon Cowell changed his mind and thought I was too old,” said Osbourne.
