For its Final Season, The Deuce Returns to 1985 and the Birth of VHS

Although she recently admitted to initially feeling guilty for receiving a raise for her role as Eileen "Candy" Merrill in HBO's period drama The Deuce, Maggie Gyllenhaal's tour de force performance has earned near-universal praise, along with acting nominations from the Broadcast Film Critics Association and the Golden Globes.The series returns tonight for its third and final season.

SEASON PREMIERE: Picking up in 1985, The Deuce finds Frankie (James Franco) still embroiled in a series of risky side hustles. Meanwhile, Candy (Maggie Gyllenhaal) heads to Vegas for an adult video convention, where the industry is buzzing about the hot new thing: VHS. Watch the preview. 9:00 PM ET on HBO
